The lunch box principles: what you have to think of when you plan your lunch menu.

  • You cannot warm up your food. (no microwave available)
  • You have 20 min for lunch (includes time to enter the lunch room, find a spot, eat your lunch, clean up, and get out)… This year things have improved we have 30 min!
  • You have water fountains available but no glass to carry water to your table.
  • You only have a “spork” to eat. Everything needs to be bite-size.
  • The goal is to have a nutritional and balanced lunch.

Je dois faire face à des impondérables quand je prépare le menu.

  • Il n’est pas possible de réchauffer la boite à lunch.
  • Le temps du repas est de 20 min max (y compris le temps de rentrer dans la cafeteria, de trouver une place, de manger, de ranger et de ressortir)… Cette année il y a une amélioration : nous avons 30 min !!
  • Il y a des fontaines à eau mais pas de verres pour amener l’eau sur la table.
  • Il n’est fourni qu’une fourchette-cuillère. Il faut donc tout prédécouper.
  • Le but étant de prévoir un repas équilibré.
